Personality Profiling
Did you know that each of us has our own blueprint - it determines how we think, act and feel? This blueprint controls our success and happiness.
The problem with our blueprint is that most of us drift through life without ever becoming consciously aware of it and how to use it to our advantage.
I am a Print Certified Coach. This means that I am qualified and licensed to use a revolutionary patented personality profiling approach called Print Strategies.
Your Print can be thought of the DNA of your personality. Your Print explains your view of the world - why you do what you do, why you are who you are. It explains how you react and how you relate to situations and other people. In other words it provides you with access to your own personal blueprint.
Ultimately your Print allows you to understand yourself so that you can use your potential to its fullest whatever the situation.
This technology is a fantastic approach to understanding what makes people tick and is used by companies such as BurgerKing, IBM & AON.
Obtaining your print couldn't be simplier. You are provided with access to on-line survey. It comprises of 70 multiple choice questions which will take about 15 minutes to answer; following which you will receive a Print Strategy report via email within 24 hours.
We then book a hour 1:1 session either face-to-face or via telephone in which I will provide further insight into your Print Strategy. During this discussion we will explore what your Print means to you, how this impacts on your actions and behaviour and how to use this insight to your benefit going forward.
If you would like to get your hands on your Print or learn more about Print Strategies and what it can do for you please contact luminate or call 01902 895310 for a no obligation complimentary coaching session

- For me the Print Profile was interesting and constructive as it demonstrates 'both sides of a coin' in respect of an individual's character and traits; it is a useful prompt for further discussion and review, enabling potentially deeper traits to be explored, acknowledged, and managed. Unlike other analytical tools that might identify a primary behaviour, the Print Profile develops four dimensions; being the positive and negative sides of both the major and minor personalities we each have. This is not unlike observing a football match from any of the four sides of a stadium; everyone see the same event but from a different angle, but the ability to unite these perspectives into a fuller 360° view is most informative.
