My name is Nicola Hughes and I’m the founder of Luminate. I founded my company based on the vision that every one of us deserves outstanding success, happiness and fulfilment.

I am a qualified and accredited coach with a Diploma in Coaching from Coaching & Mentoring International and a Certificate in Coaching from Newcastle College. I am a member of The Association for Coaching, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the Association of Career Professionals.
